BUCKWHEAT PORRIDGE WITH STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients for 2:
1 cup buckwheat soaked for 8h
20 medium strawberries (approx)
juice of a tangerine (or regular orange)
juice 1/2 lemon
1 tsp vanilla powder (or seeds of 1 bean)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons of lucuma (optional)
2 teaspoons of camu camu (optional)
1. Soak buckwheat overnight (about 8 hours ) and rinse well in the morning.
2. Combine buckwheat and the remaining ingredients and blend ( if you have a powerful blender 1-2min is enough, otherwise 3min; ideally you should you use the smoothies cup because it will make the mixture softer and uniform.
3. Serve with some fruit on top (currants, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, flowers are great).
